The Blocks Map offers a birds-eye view of the entire strategic plan while also showing the structure of the hierarchy. Every node in this view can be customized and pinned to draw attention to those areas in the most need of attention. The edges connecting the nodes show the current progress state of the child as it contributes to the parent. In this example we have highlighted one area that is performing badly so that we can bookmark (or print) it and share it with the people involved.
Strategic Scorecard (risks)
Risk management is made easy with a simple table showing all the risks to successful strategic execution. The table is grouped by focus area and each row shows the most important information about each risk: title, sponsor, type, impact, likelihood and status. You can drill down into the details of each one, but as a whole it allows you to quickly spot areas that need attention.
Strategic Scorecard

StrategyBlocks offers simple management of your organization’s key performance indicators, and these are presently in a clean table with real-time status information about each one. The table is hierarchically grouped by focus area and users can drill into any KPI to see all the targets and actuals which cause the current status and trend.
Top Level Financial Performance (value)
This specific view of the blocks tree shows the rollup of cash flows, both budgeted and actual, for the high-level blocks, as well as the current net present value, payback period, and the internal rate of return. This can give someone such as the CFO a quick overview of where the money is going in the context of strategic execution.
