We have a suite of  AI driven features in StrategyBlocks. You can identify AI Features in the app by the magic wand icon. We use the Google Gemini API.

Enable/Disable AI (Admin Only) 

In Company Settings –> Capabilities you can enable or disable all AI Features for you company using the “Enable AI Capabilities” setting, AI Features are enabled by default.

Create and Generate Strategic Plans using AI in Ideas Sandbox

In the Ideas Sandbox, open the Generate Ideas tab in the Options Menu to generate children for nodes in the tree. Simply select the node you want to generate under, add any context documents, configure your advanced options and click “Generate Ideas”.

Write Descriptions

A lot of description fields in StrategyBlocks have the magic wand icon in the bottom right. Click it to quickly generate the description text, note that doing this will replace remove anything you’ve already written, but you can always control z to get it back or just discard your changes.

AI Select From Lists

On Blocks and Ideas you can now use AI to suggest which metrics and risks to attach. This means that now you can quickly make relevant connections between blocks, risks, and metrics without having to trawl through a long list.

Quick Generate Blocks in Manage Children

In the “Add Blocks” dropdown in the Manage Children screen Block Owners can now quickly generate new child blocks for their blocks.

Generate Block Custom Milestones

In the “Progress and Milestones” block screen, Block Owners can generate new custom milestones for blocks. Click the “Edit Settings” button and then selected custom milestones.  If AI is enabled, you should see a “Generate Milestones” button.
