Unlike generic AI tools, our AI is embedded directly within StrategyBlocks, meaning it can leverage your existing strategic framework to provide more relevant and valuable insights. The more context you provide, the more relevant and insightful the AI-generated ideas will be. You can further enhance AI-generated ideas by:

  • Adding internal documents such as strategic plans, policies, and guidelines.
  • Incorporating external resources by linking relevant pages.

Quality-of-Life AI Features – Saving you Time and Effort

In addition to (A)Ideation, we’ve introduced several AI-powered enhancements to improve efficiency across StrategyBlocks:

  • AI-Generated Descriptions: You can now generate compelling descriptions throughout the platform by clicking the magic wand icon on any description field. That’s time you can spend on high-value strategic thinking.
  • Suggest From List: AI can now suggest which metrics or risks to attach to Blocks and Ideas, helping teams make stronger connections between initiatives and key performance indicators. This feature eliminates scrolling through lists and ensures you don’t miss important connections.
  • Generate Suggested Blocks: In the “Manage Children” screen, Block Owners can quickly generate new child blocks using AI, making it easier to brainstorm and develop strategy models in the early stages.
  • Generate Block Milestones: In the “Progress and Milestones” block screen, Block Owners can generate new custom milestones for blocks.

We understand that security and privacy are critical when working with AI in a strategic environment. That’s why we’ve chosen Google to leverage industry-leading, secure, air-gapped AI models. StrategyBlocks AI features are designed to ensure your data remains private and protected, with no risk of unauthorized data usage or leakage. We are ISO 27001 certified, meeting international standards for managing Information Security.

For organizations that prefer to limit AI usage, Company Admins can disable AI features in the settings under Company Settings → Capabilities. By default, AI features are enabled, but admins have full control over their implementation.
